At LoveliA, we offer a "Bridal Ear Acupoint Jewelry Plan," where we visit your venue on the morning of the ceremony and apply the jewelry alongside your hair and makeup preparation.
We have a track record of providing ear acupoint jewelry for real weddings.
Having it done in advance at the salon is also possible, but the larger bridal jewelry pieces can become more prone to falling off as days pass. To help you look your best on the day itself, we recommend on-site treatment on the morning of the ceremony whenever possible.

Early-Morning Fee
If the treatment begins before 8:00 AM, an early-morning fee applies. This is based on the time the ear acupoint jewelry treatment actually begins, not your venue arrival time.
- Starting 7:00–7:59 AM: +¥2,000 (tax included)
- Starting 6:00–6:59 AM: +¥3,000 (tax included)
- Before 6:00 AM: by consultation, quoted separately
Travel Fee (Outside Sapporo City)
Travel within Sapporo City is included in the plan price. For venues outside the city, a travel fee applies based on the one-way distance from LoveliA to the venue (based on driving directions as shown on Google Maps or similar).
- Within 30 km one way: +¥3,000 (tax included)
- 31–60 km one way: +¥5,000 (tax included)
- 61 km or more one way: by consultation, quoted separately
- Toll and parking fees: charged separately at cost
Pre-Ceremony Design Check
In addition to design consultation over our official LINE, you can also come in for one in-salon design check before the ceremony if you'd like (included in the plan price, about 30 minutes). We'll hold the actual jewelry pieces up to your ear so we can check the balance with your dress, hairstyle, and accessories together.
*To preserve hygiene and adhesive strength, we won't actually apply the pieces you'll wear on the day — this session is for checking appearance and size only. If you'd like to wear ear acupoint jewelry for a few days as a trial, that would be booked and charged separately as our regular ear acupoint jewelry menu.

Confirm with Your Venue
Please check with your venue whether an outside salon stylist may enter the waiting room to apply the ear acupoint jewelry. Since rules about outside staff vary by venue, we ask that you confirm this in advance. Once your venue grants permission, on-site treatment on the day of the ceremony becomes possible.
Treatment on the Day
On the morning of the ceremony, we'll visit your venue in time for your hair and makeup preparation and apply the jewelry in the waiting room.
Booking Deadline
Since design consultation and venue confirmation take some time, we recommend reaching out about a month before your ceremony. As a general rule, we accept bookings up to 14 days before the ceremony. Even after that, we may still be able to accommodate you depending on our schedule and parts in stock, so please contact us via our official LINE first.

About Payment
The Bridal Ear Acupoint Jewelry Plan requires payment in advance. Please pay the total booking amount — including the plan price, any options, early-morning fee, and travel fee — by 8 days before the ceremony. Any costs that aren't finalized until the day itself, such as paid parking, will be settled separately on the day.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, or in person at LoveliA (cash, credit card, e-money, or QR code payment)
- If you use the in-salon design check, you may also pay at that time
- If payment isn't confirmed by the deadline, we may treat the booking as cancelled after contacting you in advance via LINE or another method
- Bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility
Cancellation Policy
Because the bridal plan requires reserving extended time and advance preparation, we have a dedicated cancellation policy for it. It applies to the total booking amount, including the plan price, options, early-morning fee, and travel fee (it does not include costs not finalized until the day itself, such as paid parking).

*If your ceremony date is postponed, we can apply your payment to a new booking once, provided LoveliA is available on the new date. If we're unable to accommodate the new date, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Yes, this is available as an add-on option. We'll suggest a subtle, understated design for the groom, and designs tailored to outfits and preferences for family members or friends.
What is the cancellation policy?
The bridal plan has its own cancellation policy, separate from our regular menu. There is no cancellation fee up to 8 days before the ceremony; 30% from 7 to 3 days before; 50% from 2 days before to the day before; and 100% for same-day or no-show cancellations. If you cancel after payment, we'll refund you according to this policy.
